Our Committee Our club is governed by an elected Committee of Management. Committee members have a duty to operate the club in the best interests of its members in accordance with the club objectives and rules and PCV rules. This involves the day to day running of the club i.e. physical and financial management, organization of events and fundraisers, equipment purchases and maintenance, membership maintenance, canteen operation and lots more. The committee is elected each April at the Annual General Meeting and is comprised of the following executive positions: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The committee also requires a minimum of 5 and no more than 7 ‘ordinary’ members. The current committee members are listed on the noticeboard in the club rooms. Being a member of the committee is a rewarding experience and offers members the chance to give something back to the community and make a difference to the riders and families involved in the club.
