The membership year starts on the 1 JULY and ends 30 JUNE each year.
Rokewood Pony Club have fees to help the Pony Club to provide you with an amazing Pony Club experience. Membership fees are due before you ride, Come & Try membership is on offer, you can ring the club or apply online. Membership fees are reviewed on an annual basis.
Membership fees provides each member with:
- coaching by the Club’s trained instructors
- the use of the Woady Yaloak Equestrian Centre facilities and equipment
- an opportunity to study and sit examinations for proficiency certificates courses “D” through to “A” level
- access to local, state, interstate and international competitions
The fees you pay also incorporate Zone, State and National fees. Fees paid to these Pony Club administration bodies help the organisation provide you as a member with administration, training for officials and insurance. The fee breakdown will be shown on your payment screen and sent to you on a receipt.
All new members receive a welcome pack which includes the book “Horsemastership for the Australian Rider”, RPC Name Badge and PCV card cover.
Membership fees are due on or before July rally (prior to riding), however memberships may be accepted at any time throughout the year and a pro-rata fee may be applicable late in the membership year and will be reflected on MyPonyClub when they are applicable.
MyPonyClub online membership registration is available for new, renewing members and come & try members. When you become a member of Pony Club Victoria you get a MyPonyClub Members Profile. You can keep your details up-to-date for your club via your Member Profile, enter your horses, find events, enter events and have your certificates updated by your Club, Zone or State.
